Freestyle's Take Charge, Re-Charge Program is a great way to jump start your fitness. Whether you are a beginner, returning to training after some time off or an avid exerciser, our Take Charge, Re-Charge Program is a proven success.

 

WE OFFER FOUR- AND SIX-WEEK MAKEOVER PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDE:


  • Five sessions per week with a certified personal trainer
  • A custom nutritional plan developed by our in-house nutritionist
  • All meals provided fresh daily by a gourmet food company
  • A flexible schedule, seven days a week, starting at 5am
