OUR 21-DAY RE-CHARGE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

15 One-Hour training sessions (3 Weeks of one on one personal training) with weekly nutritional consultations, weekly weigh-ins and body composition testing, and a customized nutritional program scientifically proven to shed bodyfat and increase lean muscle.
