Personal Trainers

Instructed by Hall of Fame Martial Artist Shihan Fred Sesler, the Fight Back Women's Self-Defense Class teaches women how to defend themselves in close contact situations. You will learn what body language to look for, how to disable an attacker, and how to make the right decision when your safety is put in jeopardy. Not only do you learn how to think and what to do, you also develop instincts that could possibly save your life. The class is ongoing and progressive, so you will continue to learn new techniques from week to week. Classes are every Wednesday from 10:00am-12:00pm.
